Cupcake will also be annoyed at my defense of Rosie, but hey, that's just who I am. I LOVE Rosie. And her new book CELEBRITY DETOX, comes out in early October. The news outlets have copies and have even had some psych people "analyze" the excerpts that they have obtained and there's just some crazy talk about my Rosie. People, don't you have anything better to do?
First, I think we should tip our hats to someone who writes a book and donates all proceeds to charity. I don't even care if the book sucks - the money that pours into RBK will be fantastic for kids.
Secondly, Rosie has - very publicly - dealt with her demons. I can get behind that and say kudos for being brave and for allowing others to see your pain. We all grow and learn when we share experiences.
So shut up, people. Leave Rosie alone. Or Bug and I will get ya!

Yes, it's an ugly blog.
So here I sit, watching the Colts play. I'm in Indianapolis, so you'd think that was a good thing. But I miss Denver. Damn, I miss Denver. I love a good fan of whatever. For Hoosiers, I am proud. But I miss Denver. Damn.
Despite my missing Denver, the J-O-B is going well. It's nice to be in charge...and that I am. It's also nice to feel like I'm making a dent in helping kids. I always felt like teaching was the way there, but this job makes it even more realistic. More "doable." I'm anxious to get more folks involved.
Go Colts.
What a weird post.
