Ellie has a black eye and a stuffy nose. Damn restaurant chair fell right on her head - it happened so fast. I grabbed her and hustled out to the gum machine to distract her and some lady followed me out yelling, "DID YOU SEE HER EYE???" Of course I saw her eye. I guess it's good that people care but I was doing enough freaking out on my own.
She keeps saying her eye is "better now" but that she has "too many boogies." That's my girl.
